As presented in (44a-c), clitic -ए /-e/ has marked singular pronouns in all three
persons for dative and anti-dative cases in Bhojpuri.
d. Case-marker suffixes further followed by postpositions
There is mixed property of using suffix and postposition together to mark
cases in Bhojpuri, presented as follows:
(i) -रा के /-rɑ ke/
(45) तोहरा के खाहीभर के .दआई ।
toɦrɑ ke kʰɑɦib̤ ʌr ke diɑi
tu-ʌr-ɑ ke kʰɑ-ɦi-b ̤ ʌr ke de-ɑ-i
2SG-GEN-DEF GEN eat-EMPH-fill GEN give-PASS-3SG.FUT
'You will be given only to eat.'
