                    b. Present perfect

                     The  perfective  marker  -    is  suffixed  to  the  verb  stem.  This  is  followed  by  the

                    auxiliary  verb  -  with  finite  morphology.  Different  agreement  markers  such  as
                    number, person, gender and honorificity are attached to the verb stem. The common

                    auxiliary for present perfect is - and the common agreement suffix for first person

                    singular and plural and honorificity is -, which is suffixed to the auxiliary as shown

                    in 28a. The inflection of auxiliary - in present tense is presented in table: 13 of

                    chapter 5.
