Copula shows agreement with tense, aspect, gender and honorificity. Copula can
perform two main functions: they act as main verb or they act as the 'helping' verb.
Two types of causativization processes are found in Bhojpuri: Morphological and
syntactic causativization. Morphological causativization is further divided. Causative
marker -and - are suffixed to the verb stem to obtain the notion of causation. In
syntactic causativization vector - bears the meaning of cause, which follows the
infinitive form of main verb. Two types of passivization processes are found in
Bhojpuri. The first type passivization is formed by either of the suffix -, -, -
or- to the verb stem followed by the verb 'go and the second type of
passivization is formed by suffixing - to the non-passive main verb.
